I, Laurent Okafor, a Notary Public in and for the Province of Ontario, duly appointed and sworn, DO HEREBY CERTIFY that the document annexed hereto and marked as Exhibit “A” — being the certificate of incorporation of Northwind Co-operative — is a true, complete, and unaltered copy of the original instrument produced and shown to me this day.
